1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Local Reliable Movers LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Local Reliable Movers LLC provides local moving, packing, labor support, and related services in Washington State. All services are subject to availability and the terms of your service agreement.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided by phone, online, or in person are rough estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is based on actual time, crew size, and conditions on move day. In-home estimates provide the most accurate pricing. We do not add hidden fees, but time overruns from undisclosed items, stairs, or access issues may affect final cost.
4. Liability
Local Reliable Movers LLC carries full liability and cargo insurance as required by Washington State law. Our liability for damaged or lost items is governed by Washington State UTC regulations. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to items improperly packed by customers, or damage resulting from customer-directed placement.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for disclosing all relevant information including stairs, elevators, parking restrictions, fragile or high-value items, and special access requirements prior to the move date. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may result in adjusted pricing.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in King County, Washington.
