Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your move date. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and applied to your final balance on move day.
Cancellations
More than 72 hours before your move: Full deposit refund issued within 5–7 business days.
48–72 hours before your move: 50% of deposit refunded.
Less than 48 hours before your move: Deposit is non-refundable. This covers crew scheduling and reserved truck time that cannot be reallocated on short notice.
Rescheduling
We understand that moving dates change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Rescheduling more than 72 hours in advance is free of charge. Rescheduling within 48–72 hours is subject to a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of your deposit. We will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
Move Day Cancellation
Cancellations on the day of the move will forfeit the full deposit. If our crew arrives and is unable to complete the move due to circumstances outside our control, a trip fee may apply.
